Physical and Concussion Information

Below is the CFA registration/ physical form, that each player needs to have completed prior to the start of the football season. Please be sure to return the signed form to Justin or email it to [email protected]

We WILL be charging a Equipment deposit starting this year there is a option to pay when you register, or you can give a check when the equipment is handed out. (check will be held not cashed)

As with any sport, football poses a risk of athletes getting a concussion while playing. It is important as coaches, players, and parents to know the signs and symptoms of concussions, when to report concerns, and how to rest and recover from a head injury. Please take a few minutes to watch the following videos from the NCAA about concussions and have a conversation about the importance of reporting any injury to a coach, with your athlete.

Registration for the 2024 Season opens on May 1st

Alignment of age groups are as follows:

Smurf: 6-7yr's old

Peewee: 8-9yr's old

Pony: 10-11yrs's old

Midget: 12-13yr's old

(Date cutoff for ages is April 30th)

First week of Practice:

8/5/2024 - 8/9/2024

Practice schedule:

We will practice Mon-Fri 6-8pm until the week school starts.
Once school starts we will practice Tues, Wed, and Thursday and that will continue the remainder of the season.
